1. Jurisdiction
-Legal power or authority; the area in which this power can be used.

2. Ease
-A lack of difficulty.
-To become or make something less paintful or serious.
-To move something slowly and gently.
be/feel at your ease-To be/feel comfortable or relaxed.
ease somebody's mind-To make somebody feel less worried.
ease off-To become less stronger or unpleasant.
ease up-To work less hard.

3. Compel
-To force somebody to do something.

4. Adhere
-To stick firmly to something.
adhere to something-To continue to support an idea/To follow rule.

5. Propose
-To formally suggest something as a possible plan or action.
-To intend to do something; to have something as a plan.

6. Establishment
-An organisation, a large institution or a hotel.
-The act of creating or starting a new organisation, system.

7. Decline
-To become weaker; smaller or less good.
-To refuse, usually politely.
